Passalongs Farm is excited to hold its second annual DAHLIA TUBER SWAP!

Details:

April 27, 2025. The swap will start at 2 p.m., Please arrive by 1:30 so we can organize your tubers! RAIN OR SHINE. Tubers will be under shelter. People waiting in line will not! Dress accordingly.
Cost - $10. All proceeds will be donated to Northampton Survival Center! The fee is so we can attempt to get accurate RSVPs.
Place: Passalongs Farm, 198 Sylvester Rd., Florence MA, PROBABLY, though if we have lots of people we may change the location. We will make every attempt to communicate with folks about the location as we get closer to the date.

Instructions:
You do not need to bring a tuber to the swap to leave with a tuber! There will be enough for everyone! Everyone will get 1 tuber ticket, but if you bring more, you'll get more. If you bring a tuber it needs to be in some kind of container (plastic bag, paper bag, small pot) and in good shape.

Please LABEL your tuber, even if the label is something like: Mystery, or NO ID or pink ball, or something like that. If possible print out a picture of the dahila (internet pictures OK) and staple to the bag.

For every tuber you bring you will received an additional tuber ticket. This ticket will allow you to "buy" another tuber in the share area. Folks will be able to cash in 2 tickets at a time, then must get back in line to give others a turn.

A Flower Share, also known as a Flower CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) , is something that benefits the customer and the farmer equally! You, the customer, get gorgeous flowers all season long. Me, the farmer, gets the benefit of flowers pre-sold, which really helps out before the season really gets going. The fact is that farming is a year-round activity, but the harvest, in our climate, only runs from May – October. Our flower share provides farm-fresh flower delivery to Northampton, Florence, Easthampton, Westhampton, Williamsburg, Leeds, Southampton and Haydenville.

The PERFECT gift!

I think that the Flower Share is really the perfect gift for someone you love, especially if that someone has enough “stuff.” It’s a fantastic Mother’s Day gift or holiday gift if there are a group of people getting together – all the kids or grandkids can pitch in and mom/grandma will be reminded of their loved ones every week or every month. Because we offer flower delivery to Northampton, Florence, Easthampton, Westhampton, Williamsburg, Leeds, Southampton and Haydenville it’s super convenient for the person receiving the gift.

Or, if the gifter or giftee would rather, we welcome our flower share clients to our workshop at the farm to pick up their flowers! We really love this since it connects us with our local clients – it’s a high point of our week or month! We’ve had the please of connecting with many folks who come back year after year.
