Arch and Chuppah rental for designers and DIY

We offer arch and chuppah rental to Northampton and surrounding communities in western Massachusetts, including the Berkshires, southern Vermont and parts of Connecticut.

After flowering hundreds of weddings we discovered that there’s a need for ceremony decor – especially ceremony decor where the couples, families, or designers would rather someone else set up the arch or chuppah than do it themselves! Since we’ve acquired  number of arches and chuppahs acquired over the years we are happy to make them available to the community to rent.

If you are using our services for your wedding florals, arch and chuppah rental is included in your proposal.

Arches rent for $250.

Chuppahs rent for $350.

Whisky barrels are available for $75 each.

Rental policies

• Rental prices include delivery, setup, and strike the next morning, as long as you are within 30 minutes of Passalongs Farm. For each additional 30 minutes add $100. 
• We will not strike at night. Please communicate with your venue to ensure this will work for them.
• We will not travel more than 1 1/2 hours each way to rent the arches and chuppahs.
• Arches and chuppahs may not be moved by our clients or venue staff once set up. 
• We require a $150 nonrefundable deposit to reserve the chuppah or arch.
• To inquire if one of our arches or chuppahs are available for your date, please contact us. Once we determine that the date is available we will send a invoice. Final amount is due 1 month before the event.
